Synopsis

The moving true story of the love which developed between the author C.S.Lewls and the American poet Joy Davidman has all the elements of a tragedy and yet celebrates the strength and power over adversity which such love can bring. Starting through correspondence their friendship ripens with the appreciation of each other’s literary abilities and despite the condescension of his academic friends.He is able to acknowledge his love only when he realises he may lose her – but that is not the end of the story!
