Synopsis

This thiller, first presented in 1989, opens with a light-hearted account of a trial at the end of which Jack, accused of killing a man who broke into his house late one night, was acquitted of manslaughter. It was a clear case of self-defence. Or was it? As doubts, rumours and odd noises disturb the house we find ourselves gradually learning more about what really happened until the frightening truth is known.

What can one say about a play which is full of tension and mystery without giving away the plot? Only that you will be held in its grip until the final curtain !! So please do not tell your friends about the sting in the tail – get them to come and see for themselves.
